Healthy, ripe, hand-picked grapes are macerated for one day, after the clear must is fermented at a lower temperature, and then the wine matures on the lees for a few months. Thus, we add fullness to the initial fruitiness and freshness. The wine is golden yellow. A slightly more mature white wine with acacia and almond notes, typical of malvasias. The freshness keeps Malvasia very lively, even after a long maturation in barrels. The taste is fruity, and the terroir adds some minerality. The almond note accompanies us even longer in the aftertaste. It goes well with excellent fish and other delicacies from the sea, risottos and pasta with poultry or vegetable sauces.
