Manual harvesting, one-day maceration, clarification and fermentation at a controlled temperature, lying on the lees for a few more months. The wine has an intense golden yellow color. A fresh, young, very aromatic wine, with muscat notes, white rose, floral and citrus aromas and vineyard peach in the foreground. The residual sugar is harmoniously balanced with the freshness to make the wine nicely rounded. Fruitiness can also be felt on the palate, with accentuated citrus and peach. Pairing with not too sweet desserts or as an aperitif.
