Hand-picked grapes, short one-day maceration, clarification, controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels, longer resting on the lees. The wine is golden yellow in color with slight green hues. Fresh, young and very aromatic white wine with distinct fruity notes. In the aroma we detect slight notes of tropical fruit and acacia. Fruitiness can also be felt on the taste, which in harmony with the typical freshness of Malvasia awakens our taste buds. Perfect to accompany fish and light dishes based on vegetables or poultry. Contains sulphite. Produced in Slovenian Istria, Slovenia.
