The wine was produced with a five-day maceration, maturation in a hundred-year-old barrel and stainless steel vessels. Malolactic fermentation also took place. The wine has a rich ruby-purple color typical of Refošk. Fresh, young red wine full of aroma with accents of red berries, blackberry, blueberry and ripe sour cherry. Full of soft fruit acids. Medium long aftertaste with pleasant tannins. Pairing with medium-ripened cheeses, slightly spicy meats and cured meats.
